I haven't used my Whynter BWR-171DS 17 bottle wine cooler yet because our house is still in the construction phase. However, I was personally contacted by the owner of the business to make sure I was the person ordering the item and to confirm my purchase since there were issues with my credit card. He also kept me informed during the preparation and shipping of the product and contacted me when the item was delivered to ensure I saw satisfied with my purchase. That type of customer service today is unheard of and greatly appreciated!

The Whynter CHC-421HC is a solid cigar cabinet that maintains temperature well and looks great with its Spanish cedar shelves. However, the internal hygrometer consistently reads lower than the two external ones I placed inside. The humidity levels seem accurate based on my external gauges, but the internal one is off by several points, which can be misleading. Aside from that, it performs well, and my cigars stay in great condition. Just be prepared to use an additional hygrometer for accurate readings.

great value for the money in it's class. The colors go well in our room and it has all of the features we need.

Disappointed it didn't hold two 1/4 barrels. However with a multi tool and a little time I was able to cut a bit of the angle foam where the CO2 tank sets and now have two 1/4 barrels. I think the manufactor does this so we have to buy a larger one. I don't think so.

This wine refrigerator was in our residence when we purchased. It has served us well. The assistance by the Whynter associate, Angel, was invaluable when the temp probe needed to be replaced. Great customer service.

Perfect. No damage. professional quality and exceptionally quiet! Perfect size. Just what we were looking for. We use this free standing. Holds plenty of wine. It's working great. Looks great, too. Especially like the soft light inside. The delivery men were very polite.

This item accentuates my home bar. Quiet and efficient. Great buy and works well. Keeps both zones at their assigned temperatures. Holds a lot and I really enjoy having in my home. I even put beer on the bottom. Love that it has a key since I have young children.

Superb packaging, Great fit/finish/materials, informative owners manual. The wine cooler functions as advertised, and is keeping my loved collection at the proper temperatures. The only shortcoming I can find is with the shelf spacing, larger bottles fit but it is a little tight. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and will recommend the product to friends and family.

Excellent product! Keeps wine cool. It was a great choice! Very nice and it was a good deal. So far I am impressed with this wine cooler beyond expectations. Voluminous 140 bottle space with low noise emission when working. I will recommend it to anyone looking for a home cooler of this size.

It’s not as tall as I was expecting, but so far so good! We are happy with the purchase. It works very well we put it in our bar. It does not make noise. Perfect cooling for wines. With adjustable feet, if it wobbles just reach under and fix the leg length that’s too short. All in all, I recommend it!

We had a 168 bottle wine cooler and upgraded to this one. Very pleased with the product! Makes a world of difference in preserving wines. Dual zone compartments, great interior lighting and wooden shelves! Just what I was looking for at a competitive price. Great Service.

Very pleased. Love this Cooler, its perfect. Time will tell but for now the unit is working great with zero problems, low noise, cools beverages well. Wines are staying at the appropriate temperature. Wish racks would accommodate different size bottles.

I had a significant issue when it came to the humidity level being too high, causing the wooden shelves to be warped. However, customer service was extremely helpful in solving my problem and replaced the shelves. There always can be issues with products, but appreciated the due diligence by the company to help resolve the problem.

I needed a new mini fridge quickly when my other one went out. I found this one on sale. It is a perfect buy. Perfect out of the box no damage to the unit.It has been 4 months and I have had 0 problems. Super easy to set up (just plug it in) with nice easy adjustable settings. I’m considering getting a second one for the bedroom!

We have a nook in our kitchen and this wine and beverage fridge fit perfectly after removing a cabinet. I've had it installed for about a month with no issues. Very happy with the quality and the price (relative to similar coolers). We keep cans / bottles on the left side, and place the wine bottles on the beech wood shelves on the right side. Very quiet unit. Easy to adjust temperatures on each side. This looks and feels like a much more expensive wine fridge and was perfect for the spot in my kitchen .
